ii) By POP3 E-Mail software: To automatically retrieve you emails through POP3 E-Mail software , use the following information for configuration:

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.domainname.com

UserName: username@domainname.com
Password: user password Note: Please replace yourdomain.com with your hosted domain name.
Also make sure you check the ‘My server requires authentication’ in POP3 Client software and add your mail account
and password under’Settings’
